Email Crash
rare, but it happens
This morning, as I was started to read through the messages in our In-Box, I noticed that one of the incoming emails was an inquiry about an internship, but before I had worked my way down the list to that point, my email program crashed. When the system rebooted, not only was the email I'd been reading gone, so too were all of the unread messages.
While email is fast and quite reliable on the whole, there are still times when messages get lost. We try to at least get an initial response out the same day that an inquiry comes in, so if you've sent an email and haven't heard back within a day or so, please resend.
