Stonehenge Court

Festival of St. Hildegard V

June 28, 1997

In that part of An Tirian Kingsland known as Windwic, there is a full scale replica of Stonehenge. Standing high on a windswept cliff overlooking the mighty Columbia River, it recreates that great monument, not as it is today, but as it was long, long ago.

Our Roman King Darius brought his Celtic bride Morgaine to this wonderous piece of creative anachronism to hold Court, and for a timeless moment, the Dream came alive again.
