Lots to do with Peaches
Lindsay and Gina handle the peach windfall
So what do you do with 80 pounds of ripe peaches??
First, eat one, because they sure are delicious. From then on, the possibilities are endless.
We decided we would dehydrate, freeze and can them. So we now have a gallon jar of dried peaches, a few bags stowed away in the freezer, and twelve quart-size jars full of peaches.
Plus, some fresh ones to eat with breakfast. And of course, we couldn’t forget to bake a peach cobbler.
