Notes from Windward: #68
our snow event viewed through Adriann's lens
We've had an amazing amount of snow in the last couple of days (and weeks). I think that summer interns must have had a very different experience, and the land just feels different under all of that snow. It's hard to move around very quickly- both on foot and by car. Some of the water pipes are down.
Still, it's very cozy around the wood stove, and it's a good time for baking and reading and talking. I'm hoping that these pictures can offer a sense of the place for those of you who haven't been here and a sense of winter for those that have.
