I'm the person who's tasked with responding to initial inquiries, and I try to get off at least a quick response within a day, but if I'm away from Windward, then it could be a few days before you hear back. If you don't get a reply within that timeframe, then please resend your email. It also helps if you start the message subject with "PING!" since that will flag your email as a real message instead of spam.
